I'm growing chiltepin peppers for the first time. The seeds were a gift from my grandfather-in-law, who raises them in San Diego. I'm in zone 7b, however. I hear they need light and consistent warmth until they have about six true leaves. I plan to stick them into 5 gallon pots/buckets and make them somewhat indoor/outdoor as Fall eventually arrives. Any insight for what to do at this stage? Thank you!

Make sue they don’t dry out to fast and have enough light close up so that don’t get lanky
