Spicy Garlic Parmesan Pasta | Easy Creamy Chili Garlic Pasta Recipe



Ingredients
• Long pasta / linguine
• 5 small hot chili peppers, chopped
• 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
• Olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 egg yolk
• Parmesan cheese, grated
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Pasta water
• Salt, as needed

Method
1. Finely chop the hot chili peppers and thinly slice the garlic.
2. Cook the pasta until al dente and save some pasta water before draining.
3. In a pan, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
4. Add the chopped chili peppers and sliced garlic, then sauté gently until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together.
6. In a small bowl, mix the egg yolk with grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Add this mixture to the pasta.
8. Pour in a little pasta water and mix quickly until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
9. Add chopped parsley and toss again.
10. Serve immediately.
