    Paneer (cut into cubes)
    Salt
    Black pepper powder
    Red chilli powder
    Haldi (turmeric)
    Cornflour
    Oil (for frying)
    Ginger (chopped)
    Garlic (chopped)
    Onion (cubed)
    Capsicum (cubed)
    Dark soy sauce
    Vinegar
    Tomato ketchup
    Red chilli sauce
    Water

    Steps ❤️
    1. Cut paneer into cubes and add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, haldi and cornflour. Mix well.
    2. Heat oil and fry the marinated paneer cubes until golden and crispy. Keep aside.
    3. In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped ginger and garlic.
    4. Add onion and capsicum, sauté on high flame for a minute, then add a pinch of salt.
    5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, cornflour and water.
    6. Pour this mixture into the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
    7. Add the fried paneer cubes and toss well until evenly coated with the sauce.
    8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chilli paneer. 🔥
