Taco Bell

This is insane.

I know there’s a bit of an up charge on Uber Eats, but this is insane. I remember when this was $2-$3.

When are we gonna get laws that businesses have to report their costs to make items. Minimum wage couldn’t afford this for one hour of work.

Bro this has nothing to do with actual Taco Bell prices

$5.39 in most stores. Not surprised a premium service (delivery) is charging premium prices.

thankfully the government doesn’t have the authority to demand businesses report their costs to make items. sheesh they have enough control over our lives already.

  4. Definitely location matters
    4.69 in store
5.72 on door dash (I don’t have Uber Eats)
    Michigan. Currency usd

Is your Taco Bell in an airport?

  6. ThrifToWin

You’re hiring someone to hand deliver it to you.

You are acting like DoorDash is anything but a luxury service, you are paying someone to stand in line and pick up your food and deliver it your doorstep.

Comparing it to minimum wage is wild lmao

When I was in highschool (I graduated in 2011), these were 59 cents. Then they raised them to 89 cents. Cannot believe how much they are now. Just wild. I’ll never be back to TB. You’re better off ordering take out from a local Mexican place bc it is pretty much the same price or cheaper. I paid 14.25 for 2 damn items about 3 weeks ago. Almost had a stroke

This sub continues to be an absolute goldmine of posts from people who couldn’t explain one line of a p&l.

If you pay $8 for a delivered TB burrito (thats $4.29 on the app in my local market) you deserve a month long bout with diarrhea
