Made this batch of Green Serrano Cucumber hot sauce, and this one is probably the most favored sauce that I have given to my fellow pepperheads that I work with. Similar to Yellowbird, but this one has a stronger Cucumber taste and is actually hot!
This one is excellent for tacos!
