Plant Light Help

This setup is a great representation of my brain. So I’m using a Burpee 72 cell tray, with several different pepper types. Built a little app for tracking growth. As you can see, just the “harder” / hotter ones waiting to come in.

I’m using 2 of the “Great Value 2ft LED Grow Light, 14W Full Spectrum, Linkable with Integrated Receptacle (up to 10 Units) – Single Pack”

As you can see I have the lights about 3 inches above my peppers. The lights were about an inch lower and I noticed the browning of the tips in some of the plants in the middle under the most direct light.

I started with only 1 of these rectangular lights but the outer plants on the top and bottom were outside of the rectangular light pattern, and being forced to jump inwards.

Light is now spread more evenly, and everything I see online says to put the lights a few inches above. I scroll through some of these pepper reddits and see people’s lights like a full foot above?

I have plastic ziplock bags covering the unsprouted cells, I have a fan on breeze mode pointed at them, and I have a space heater going because this is in my garage and ambient temp is like 50
