Yield: 6 – 8 Tacos
Ingredients:
Tortilla Wraps: 6 – 8 (small)
Chicken: 125 gm (boneless, small pieces)
Chicken Marination:
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Paprika Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Cooking Cream: 1/2 Cup
Oil: 2 Tbsp (to cook chicken)
Garlic: 2 Cloves (to sauté chicken)

Tacos Salad Bowl:
Tomato: 1/2 (diced)
Onion: 1/2 (small; diced)
Capsicum: (small; diced)
Green Chilies: 2 – 3 (diced / chopped)
Lemon Juice: 1/2 Tsp
Cilantro: Few Leaves
Salt: a pinch
Black pepper: 1/2 Tsp

Tacos Topping Sauce:
Garlic Mayonnaise: 1/2 Cup
Hot Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Paprika Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Salt: a pinch
Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp
Lemon Juice: 1/2 Tsp
Cilantro: Few Leaves

Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese while assembling mini tacos.
Cook both sides for 2–3 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
