PAKISTANI SAFED CHICKEN HANDI
A rich and creamy Pakistani Safed Chicken Handi with melt-in-the-mouth chicken and a flavorful, luscious gravy. Simple to make and perfect with hot parathas or naan.
Ingredients
500 g chicken
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
2 onions chopped
5-6 green chilies chopped
1 tbsp garlic (crushed)
Salt to taste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup fresh cream
Fresh coriander
2–3 whole green chilies
1/2 tsp garam masala
Method
Add chicken, water, oil, onions, green chilies, garlic, and salt in a pot. Cover and cook.
Cook until water dries and onions soften completely.
Add yogurt and spices, cook on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
Add cream, coriander, green chilies, and garam masala.
Cover and cook until oil separates.

But in an authentic recipe they totally avoid red chilli powder to retain its white colour, the reason why its looking orange
