  1. There's enough evil and war already in the world.. I don't think we should be romantizing and manifesting this. This is morbid and something that is already very tragic and real for a lot of people, not a cutesy little thing to just✨ pretend ✨

  2. That's literally more than I eat in a day currently because of saving money in the terrible economy. Although I'd be lost without coffee lol.

  3. Oats, soup, and potatoes are filling. It would be easy to be full on these foods and I think it’s a healthy amount- just need more protein, healthy fats, and fiber. The only reason why people now a days eat so much is because of the sugar and processed foods.

  4. Anyone can survive on that amount. Maybe not if your a tall man. But I'm 5'1 or 155cm so this is more calories than I need

  5. Id love to know if you live like this or you do it to show us viewers? Either way i love the concept.

You were using that milk up girl πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

My dad just turned 91 4days ago (he had me at 50, I'm 40 now) and he remembers the rations and the queues for your ration book and getting your food etc.
My grandad (his dad) had an allotment and a greenhouse so they grew most things thankfully.

    I find it fascinating.

  6. I have eaten that much oatmeal mixed with water as breakfast for about 2 years now at university. No toppings, nothing. When I first started eating this, of course I thought it was really bland and disgusting, but after 2 weeks of visiting my hometown, I started craving it lol

  7. I eat very little as is, i got used to not eating large portions from my mom, who was raised by her mother who grew up in the 30s in South America. My mom served us a similarly sized bowl of soup and consider it dinner, one little scoop of ice cream in a cup for dessert. Just didnt think it was weird or too little until i started college and eating out with others that i realized: I get served too large portions, and i always need a box!

  8. The radio in the background makes this painful and kind of depressing. I guess that was the reality.
