Think I may have an issue..have these pots in a tray, water pooled in the tray, now roots are growing through pots..
Not all of them are doing this, but a bunch are. The seedlings are still super young and wasn’t planning on up potting for a few weeks at least. Is this an issue? How can I fix?

Roots growing through those pots is normal, but you are keeping them too wet
