Please forgive the kind of poor photos but does anyone know the name for this type of pastry. I get it from a Mexican market in Cleveland (shout out to my La Plaza heads) that has, I think, a pretty robust panadería in the back. I tried asking the lady who sold them and she hit me with the "no hablo" which, fair, I don't want to talk to me either. So I figured I'd ask here. Thoughts?

Wanted to say it has almost “christmas” flavor, nutmeg? Its also really quite subtleb, barely sweet, almost like pumpkin bread.
