These seedlings are about 3-4” tall. I was going to go ahead and put them in some 3.5” pots but the roots cant really be seen around the edges of the cells yet. I do however see some coming out the drain hole slightly. Should i wait until i see more against the side walls or go ahead and do it now?

Once you start seeing the roots in the drain holes and you have the first 1-2 zets of true leaves they are ready to up pot. If you wait for the soil to be a little dry it makes transplanting significantly easier
