This is my first time growing hot peppers, and more honestly – growing anything. This is habanero red. I transplanted it into a 0.7l pot and I already know it was a mistake. I still have about 40 seedlings of habanero chocolate, red and limon, they are similar in size, basically ready for transplanting (a lot of roots visible on the walls, they start to come out at the bottom), but these will go into 300ml cups tomorrow-> then 1l -> then 7-10l. Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to plant in the ground this year, they will be exposed to the sun on the big higher southern balcony, I think from the end of May/beginning of June. I live in Central Europe, I hope the weather will be on my side… I noticed that there are a lot of experienced people here, what do you think?

Typically you would expect to see germination/sprouting in weeks 1, and first pair of true leaves in weeks 2-3. You’re already got 2 pairs of true leaves in week 3 so I’d say you’re looking pretty good. Maybe even ahead of schedule.
And the plant looks healthy to me. Nice thick green leaves, not overly tall and stringy stem. I’d say keep doing what you’re doing.
And yes, typically you would transplant out of the seed starter tray by this stage. I don’t think you did it too early. The pot is a little big for it but it’ll fill it out soon enough.
