You’ll need:-
Bread
Semolina (suji/rava)
Onion
Carrot
Capsicum
Tomato
Sweet corn
Coriander leaves
green chilli, chopped
Curd(Dahi)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper
Garam masala
Egg or a little water (for binding)
Butter or ghee, for toasting
Mix suji, onion, carrot, capsicum, Sweet corn, chilli, tomato, black pepper, Garam masala, Coriander leaves, curd and salt in a bowl. Add egg or water to make a thick paste.
Apply this mixture on bread slices.
Heat a pan with butter/ghee or cooking oil on a low flame. Once it turns golden brown, the second side is toasted.
The loaf can then be cut diagonally for easy serving and eating. It can be had as it is or with sauce or ketchup or chutney, depending on personal taste.
