New Mexico Chile Smothered Pork Chops | Chef Johnny Cooking Pork Chops

It is hard to beat smothered pork chops and gravy, but when you combine those pork chops with New Mexico Chile sauce you surely have a winner. I spent the day with Frac Daddy BBQ the other day and I must say we turned out some excellent food. This smothered pork chop recipe was his creation and I loved being able to help him grill up these pork chops and them finish them off in a cast iron skillet in the weber kettle. These fantastic chops were packed with flavor and were as tender as can be. Frac Daddy took my two favorite ways of cooking, BBQing and cast iron cooking, and come up with a dish to quiet the harshest critics. Thanks for watching my video of
