Spicy Chicken Drumsticks & Pan‑Fried Naan | Nordic Outdoor Cooking
Today I’m cooking spicy chicken drumsticks over open fire in the Nordic coastal landscape. The drumsticks are seasoned with a mix of chili, paprika, onion, galric, salt and pepper and cooked until they are juicy and tender. I serve them with freshly pan‑fried naan bread — blistered, golden, and soft inside — and a smooth garlic crème fraîche that cools the heat. Simple ingredients, real fire, and the calm rhythm of outdoor cooking.
