cherryl dalogdog – Healthy Spicy Chicken Chili Recipe , my own version

Cooking procedure :

Ingredients:
tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless chicken thighs/ breast (about 4), cut into thin strips
4 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika sweet powder
2 tomatoes chopped
2 bell paper red n green slice – strips
1 Tbsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp crushed red chili
7 pcs green chili
3 tbsp- flour
1 pc egg white
1/4 cup water

Preparation

1. To a bowl, add boneless chicken strips ,tsp soya sauce, chili sauce and crushed pepper . Add salt ,flour , salt , egg whites , paprika powder , chili powder , mix well.

Frying chicken

2. Heat oil until hot enough. Shallow fry or deep fry the pieces until golden.

3. Prepare the sauce for seasoning in a bowl. This way you will not end up using more sauces. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, red chilli powder or paprika, 2 tbsps red chilli powder, and water

4. Heat tbsps oil in the pan on a high flame. Add garlic and fry for a minute. Add onions, and then tomatoes

5. Add green chilies, capsicum. Fry until they turn slightly tender. They must still keep the crunch., add crushed chili and black pepper, add all remember ingredients and the sauce seasoning and mix well , add chicken .
