Colorado Green Chili: Servings: 10-12
1-Pork Shoulder
1-Pound Hatch Green Chilis
1-Large Onion Chopped
4-Cloves Of Garlic Minced Or To Taste
1-Pound Fresh Tomatoes Or 1-14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes
2-Tablespoons Ground Cumin
1-3 Dashes Of Red Pepper Flakes
2-Tablespoons Chili Powder Or (1-Tablespoon Ancho Chili Powder And 1- Tablespoon Chili Powder)
1-Tablespoon Salt
2-Fresh Jalapeños (OPTIONAL)
5-Cups Bone Broth (Or To Max Full Line On InstaPot)
1-Tablespoon Flour Or Corn Starch–(Add To InstaPot After The Chili Is Cooked And Let Thicken For 15-30 Minutes On The Warm Setting)
In The InstaPot Cook On The Stew Setting For 2 1/2 Hours And Then Add Your Corn Starch Or Flour. (Add 30-45 Minutes For A Frozen Pork Shoulder)
In a Crock Pot Cook For 8-12 Hours.
