Hi, I’m the Bento Buster (a Kiwi in Japan) and this is my version of the popular Japanese burger chain Mos Burger’s chili dog. Just like the real thing.
To make a chili dog you will need:
Weiners/Chorizo sausage (spicy)
Mos Burger Meat sauce (get recipe at: www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ1C8xDT4og&t=11s )
A can of chili (mild or spicy)
Hot dog buns
Finely minced white onion
Jalapeños
Method:
Boil the sausages
In a pan over a low to medium heat mix the chili with the meat sauce (50/50).
If you want it spicer add hot sauce.
Steam buns (or microwave for a few seconds)
Assemble the chili dogs as in the video
Sprinkle minced onion on top or add jalapeños
