Low Carb/Keto Chili

As the weather starts to get colder, it is nice to have a dish that can warm you up. Here is a great Chili recipe and even your non-keto family will love. Serve with cheese and sour cream or on top of your favorite chaffle.

Farberware Meat Masher:

Low Carb/Keto Chili
2 Slices Bacon, Chopped
1 lbs Ground Beef
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chili Powder (3 Tbsp Chili Powder & 1/4 tsp Cayenne Powder for Spicier)
1 Can Rotel Original (Hot for Spicier)
1/2 cup Chicken Broth

In large pot, fry bacon until crispy. Add ground beef and brown. Once browned; drain grease. Add rest of ingredients and let simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
