Ingredients :
Chicken – 500 Grams
Chopped Onion – 1 Cup
Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
White Vingar – 2 tsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Red Chili Sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 3 tsp
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Ajinomoto – 1 tsp (optional)
Salt – To taste
Green Chili- 2
Pepper – 1/3 tsp (optional)
Method : Marinate Chicken with 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and salt for 20 minutes.
Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the Cloves, Cardamom and Cinnamon stick. Add chopped onions and chopped garlic. Fry till its brown. Add the marinated chicken and saute well. Add the soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce. Stir well. Add ajinomoto if you desire. Adjust salt. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame. Garnish with slit green chili. Serve with Fried Rice or Plain Rice.
