Ingredients:

Cooked Millet (choice of yours) 1 cup
Olive oil 1/2 Tsp

Carrot mix:
Steamed carrots 1 Nos
Minced garlic 1/8 tsp
Maple syrup 1/2 tsp

Thai chili sauce(soy-free):
Cherry tomato 4 pcs
Garlic 1/8 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp
Lime juice 1/2 tsp
Orange juice 1/4 cup
Hot sauce 4 drops

Sushi stuffing:
Roasted Seaweed
Steamed carrot
Avocado
Bell pepper
Zucchini

Optional tips:
1 )You can do with sticky rice instead of millets
2)With millets, you can add sesame oil and honey too
3)The sauce you can go with soy sauce adding peanut crumbs and Thai chili crumbles adding sugar too
4) stuffing of your choice cucumber, asparagus,jalapeño, green onion, carrot, sprouts, lettuce, radish, sweet potato
