Healthy Turkey Chili!!

This week’s recipe is for a super healthy turkey chili. This chili is protein packed and is loaded with fiber. Both of these can help to keep you full even though the chili is fairly low in calories. Of course when you add cheese and sour cream it adds calories, but sometimes those extra calories are worth it.

Ingredients
Healthy Turkey Chili
* 20 Oz. Ground Turkey
* (2) 15 Oz. Cans Diced Tomatoes
* 15 Oz. Can of Kidney Beans
* 15 Oz. Can of Black Beans
* 1 Large Diced Onion
* 5 garlic Cloves
* 1/4 Cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce
* Chili Seasoning
* 1 Tbsp. Hot Mexican Chili Powder
* 1 Tsp. Cumin
* 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
* 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt
* 1/4 Tsp Ground Pepper
* Salt and Pepper To Taste
