Ingredients:
(Serves 6-8 people)
For fish batter:
500 grams white fish
2 eggs
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp AP flour
6 tbsp corn flour
Corn flour slurry:
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp corn flour
Sauce:
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chili sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
Oil (as required)
Onions cut (as required)
1 medium capsicum
1 chili
1 ½ tbsp garlic minced
1/4 tsp ginger minced
1/2 cup water
Note: Add salt only if required, as all the sauce added brings the salty flavor.
