In this video I demonstrate the preparation for my favorite chili recipe. I learned to make this from my mother, who in turn got it from a cookbook, though I can’t remember what that cookbook is called. We’ve modified things a bit over the years, but not too much. Originally made this video for my friend ZZ, but thought I’d share it here.
