Chaurangi Mirchi / A new way to fry Big Green Chili | Marathi Recipe | Shubhangi Keer

INGREDIENTS :

7 big Green chilies, ( we need to slice it in 4 part )
1 cup of besan,
cornflour 1-1/2 tbsp
ola khobra 1 tbsp
ginger-garlic 1 tbsp
hing 1/2 tbsp
jeera 1/2 tbsp
1/2 cup kothimbir
salt
pudina 6-7 leaves
1/2 onon,
1 tomato
Water as per required, Oil for frying

Procedure :

Make paste of onion, pudina tomato in grinder by adding water,
take it in separate bowl, in this paste, add Besan, cornflour, ola khobra, ginger-garlic, jeera, hing, kothimbir,
add water in it as per required to make thick paste which we’ll apply on green chilies, Now add Salt. add 1 tbsp hot oil in it

Now we’ll fry this Green chilies in Oil
