ingredients:-
2 tsp maida
2 tsp corn flour
2 tsp curd
1 small tsp Red chili powder
1 small tsp salt
boiled chicken bon/bonless.
now fry the chicken ..
2 green chilli chopped
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 large onion
1 capsicum
2 tsp red chili /green chilli sauce
salt to taste
½ tsp black salt
1 small tsp Red chili powder
1 small tsp black pepper
2 tsp tamato ketchup
2 tsp mix of corn flour
50 ml hot water/ vegetable stock/ chicken stock ..
now add fry chicken give it nice mix
and cook to 5 min ur chicken chili is ready to serve…
