chili garlic prawns

Thank you very much to my daughter who encourages me to upload this video in spite of my busy schedule!!!

This recipe is easy to make and if you don’t really want to remove the shells, it is just up to you. You may just proceed to cooking if that’s what you wish.

This recipe is something I came up with when I was in a hurry as dinner time was coming and I still didn’t have anything to prepare. Luckily, I have the ingredients in my house like butter, oyster sauce, chili and garlic. My husband loved it and so I had to write down this recipe.

Chili Garlic Prawn Recipe

500-600g of Prawns
1 head of garlic (large) or 12-15 cloves. I love it when it’s garlicky!
2 tsp of chili pieces
1 tsp of salt
1/2 black ground pepper
1 tbsp of butter
1/2 cup of Oyster sauce
1 cup of shrimp broth

Procedure:
1. Place a pan over medium high heat and add 2 tbsp of butter
2. Add the chili pieces and garlic about after a minute or two. Always mix and make sure they don’t burn.
3. Add the Prawns when chili and garlic are frafrant.
4. Add salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Mix well.
5. Add the shrimp broth into the pan and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
