Soy Chicken with Buttercup and Chili

My work from home snack.

1/4 Mixed Part Chicken
1tbp Soy Sauce
2tbp Sugar
2tbp Water
Pinch Pepper
Salt
1 Chili(optional)
Hot Sauce (optional)
ButterCup
2 cloves Garlic
Flour for breadings

1. Seasoned Chicken with salt and pepper. Fried Chicken until golden brown then let it cool.
2. In a pan put buttercup, sautè garlic add the soysauce, water and sugar. Adjust the taste according to your taste.
2. Add Chili and hot sauce optional and turn off the heat.
3. Bring the chicken back to the pan and mixed well with the sauce.
