Instantpot Homemade Chili Recipe:

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of Ground Beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp of chopped garlic
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Ground Cumin
4 Tbsp Coconut Sugar (alternative Brown Sugar)
1.5 tsp Kosher Salt
1 – 15oz can White Kidney Beans
1 – 15oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 – 15oz can Black Beans
1 – 28oz can Crushed Tomatoes

Directions:
– On your Instant-pot, select the Sautee function and set timer for 5 minutes
– Brown the 1.5 lbs of ground beef, break up to help cook faster
– Add 1/2 onion chopped, also add 1 tsp of garlic
– Let onion and garlic cook for 3-4 minutes
– Add Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Coconut Sugar, and Salt
– Rinse the beans before adding to the pot
– Combine in the beans into the instant-pot and stir together
– Add Crushed Tomatoes
– Put lid on your instant-pot, making sure the lid is set for sealing
– Select Pressure Cook and set timer to 18 minutes
– Once time is complete give 20 minutes to naturally decompress
– Remove lid carefully and serve

There are numerous toppings you can use:

– Sour Cream (Healthy alternative Plain Greek Yogurt)
– Cheddar Cheese
– Chopped Onion
– Frito’s
