1 lb beef short ribs
1 sweet potato
1 lb chorizo
6 cloves garlic
1 red onion diced
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp chipotle
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup tomato paste mixed with water
1 can of beans
1 cup wine or dark beer
Jalapenos
SHORT RIB RUB1 tbsp steak seasoning
1 tsp ground coffee
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp sugar
Sear short ribs and then add sweet potatoes. Add vegetables and spices. Add wine/beer and water as needed to thicken chili. Let simmer and cook over med heat until beef is tender.
