Hi friends,
In this video we ll see the chili bread recipe, healthy and yummy snack recipe
Let’s get into the recipe
Ingredients:
1.Bread slices – 5
2. Onion – 1
3. Tomato – 1
4. Capsicum – 1/2
5. Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
6. Chili pwd – 1 tsp
7. Turmeric pwd – 1/4 tsp
8. Curry leaves
9. Coriander leaves
10. Ginger – small piece
11. Garlic – 8 cloves
Method:
* In a pan add oil, mustard, cumin, chopped ginger and garlic, curry leaves
* Add chopped onions and saute well, then add chopped tomato, when it turns mushy add diced capsicum
* Add all the dry ingredients, add some water when it turns saucy add the diced bread pices
* Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Done.
