FIERY CHILI DOUBLE OVEN BAKED CHICKEN | HABANERO CHILI CHICKEN | SPICY CHICKEN

Chicken marinaded in habanero pepper mix and baked twice in an oven.
Serve juicy baked chicken with super spicy habanero Tomato Salsa.

Ingredients
Skinless whole chicken: 1
For Marinade
Garlic cloves: 4-5
Ginger: 1½ inches
Red habanero Chili: 6-7
Half a lime juice
Salt: 1½ tbsp
Soy sauce: 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds (Grounded): 1½ tsp
Honey: 1 tsp
Whole-milk yogurt: 1 cup
Red chili powder: 1 tbsp

Instructions
1) Grind Garlic cloves, ginger and red habanero peppers into fine paste by adding 1 cup of water
2) Add lime juice,salt, soy sauce, grounded fennel seeds, honey, whole-milk yogurt and red chili powder to the paste and mix it well.
3) Make 5-7 deep cuts into whole chicken and place the whole chicken in oven bag.
4) Add marinade mix into the oven bag and rub the chicken thoroughly with marinade mix.
5) Tie the oven bad and marinade the chicken overnight in refrigerator.
6) Place oven bag containing chicken in baking pan and bake in oven for 25-30 mins at 350 F.
7) Take the baked chicken out of oven bag and place it on new baking tray.
8) Rebake chicken for 15-20 mins at 400 F.
9) Serve with Super hot habanero tomato salsa
