Get out your pots and pans cause its time to take a bite out of history. I recently bought Eat like Walt by Marcy Carriker Smothers. Its a really cool book that explores Walt and the Disney company’s history with food. From feeding his animators and staff to his family and Disneyland patrons. Its a really fun book for any Disney history nerds. And the most famous recipe I hear is Walt’s Chili. This is the recipe Walt preferred, not a lot of spice and very simple. So this was my attempt, I left the recipe down below as well as a link the book itself. Share with me your results and what you think in the comments!
