Here’s my recipe vlog for Venison Chili / Stew. This would go great with pasture raised beef as well.
You will need:
2lbs Venison
1 Small Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 Can Diced Tomato
1 Can Beans
1/2 Cup Red Wine
Flour
Paprika, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Oregano, Parsley, a little Cayenne Pepper.
Olive Oil
Butter
Watch for the video for estimates as I rarely measure anything out. I added 1/2Tb of butter to the pan for each batch of meat that I cooked and another to brown the onion and garlic. Be generous with the seasoning, especially the chili powder.
