Protein Packed Vegan Chili [Recipe]

It’s September and it’s starting to get cold out. The perfect time to cook up come chili in the crock pot. I’ve always made my chili vegan and last night I think I perfected it.

[Recipe]

21 grams of protein per bowl.

1 can of Black Beans
1 can of Diced Tomatoes
1 can of Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
6 tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
Fill the rest of the crock pot with Vegetable Broth or Vegan Bouillon & water.

When it’s almost done cooking, add 2 crumbled Simple Truth Vegan Burger Patties.

Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Brown Sugar & Cocoa Powder to taste.

How I did it (sort of a guideline):
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
