Ingredients:
5 nos Cooked Tortilla Roti (store bought)
OR
For making your own flatbread:
2 cup Wheat flour or all purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Water
1 tbsp Oil
Wet cloth to cover
Homemade Fajita Seasoning: (or use store bought)
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Paprika powder
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
To make Chicken fajita:
2 nos Chicken breast (whole)
1 no Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 no Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 no Yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 no Onion, thinly sliced
1 no Jalapeno, seeded and finely diced – (OPTIONAL)
4 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon juice or lime juice
Chili garlic yogurt sauce:
1/2 cup Yogurt / Hung Curd
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Garlic powder or Garlic juice
1/2 tsp Black salt OR regular salt
Mint yogurt sauce:
1/2 cup Yogurt / Hung Curd
2 tbsp Mint paste
Topping:
Fajita seasoning
Sliced Avocado
Sriracha (optional)
