It’s officially Fall and it’s time to start bringing in those delicious warm fall meals that are just wholesome and delicious!
Today I’m making Keto Slow Cooker Chicken Chili it is so yummy and cheesy and full of goodness. This original recipe is not keto, I simply make it keto by omitting the beans and some of the corn. Feel free to omit the corn completely if you’d like, it’s still going to be yummy.
I kid you not this recipe is a good one! Cook it for your family this fall/ winter and I guarantee you, you’ll be the champion of the night!

KETO Slow Cooker Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
– 3 chicken breast
– 1 cup of chicken broth
– 2 cans fire-roasted tomatoes (low sugar)
– 1 can tomato sauce 8oz.
– 4 oz. cream cheese
– 1 onion chopped
– 3 cloves chopped garlic
– 1 red bell pepper
– 1 jalapeño pepper
– 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
– 1/2 tsp. cumin
– 1 tsp. oregano
– 1 tsp. salt & pepper
Top w/ cheese, sour cream & jalapeños
