The air is crisp, the leaves are falling! It’s time to curl up with a cup of chili ❤ Today I’ve made chili using my favorite autumn ingredient, PUMPKIN! Who knew that a totally cheap and easy (it’s in a can after all!) item would make the most velvety smooth chili of your dreams?! You should definitely up your fall food game and add this chili to your menu!

In this recipe:
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of pinto beans, NOT drained
2- 15 oz cans fire roasted tomatoes
1 can sweet corn, drained and toasted
1 can of pumpkin puree
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
half a head of garlic, pressed
1 TBS cumin
1 TBS chili powder
s&p to taste
