HEALTHY CHILI RECIPE – Vegan, Gluten Free, & Oil Free

Hello and welcome back to another video! Today I am going to be sharing with you one of my absolute FAVORITE recipes: my homemade three bean chili! This recipe is super easy, super delicious, and healthy. Thanks for watching!

INGREDIENTS:

– *splash of water or oil to sautĂ© garlic + onion*

– 1 TBS minced Garlic

– 1 medium yellow onion; chopped

– 2 28oz cans diced tomatoes

– 15.5 oz can of kidney bean, black bean, and pinto bean

– 1 small can of tomato paste

– 3 diced bell peppers

– 1 cup organic corn

– 2 TBS chili powder

– 1 TBS smoked paprika

– 1 TBS ground cumin

– few dashes of ceyenne pepper + sea salt and black pepper to taste*

– 1 cup of water *to thin everything out if needed*

Directions:

Throw everything into one big pot on MEDIUM heat

Stir and cover for 1.5 hours or until desired flavor

*Put in a crock pot on low for 24 hours for more convenience*
