1 tablespoon olive oil
1 half can of lose corn (312g)
1 can black beans (439g)
1 can Pinto beans (439g)
1 can of crushed tomatoes (28oz/794g)
1 medium tomato, diced (202g)
1 medium white onion, diced (210g)
Fresh Jalapeños, deseeded and diced (181g)
2 cups of water
3 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs oregano
3 tbs chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper for taste

**makes 7 servings
