1 onion and 1 bell pepper and some celery
4 cans stewed tomatoes (add some cans of beans if you want)
2 cans tomato pasta
3 beef bouillon cubes
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp fresh crushed garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire and 1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp each – paprika, basil, black pepper
