CHILI RECIPE
* 1 lb lean ground beef (browned with Worcestershire sauce)
* 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped (sautéed for 3-5 min with olive oil before adding to crock pot)
* 3 cloves garlic, finely minced (sauté with onions for last 30 sec)
* 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies*
* 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
* 1 finely chopped jalapeño
* 1/2 cup beef broth
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 2 Tbsp chili powder
* 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
* 1 tsp turmeric
* 2 tsp paprika
* 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tsp granulated sugar
* 1/2 tsp ground coriander
* Salt and black pepper
* 1 (15 oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 (15 oz) can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 (15 oz) can white kidney beans (cannellini beans), drained and rinsed
