Recipe:
2.5 lbs Hamburger 70/30 Mix
4 cups of water
2 cubes of Beef Bullion
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Large onion minced
15 ounce can of tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of worchestershire
One teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 ounce of unsweet bakers chocalate
1/3 cup of chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
5 allspice berries
one bayleaf
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
1-2 Pounds of mild cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce (mine is red devil)
1 1/2 tablespoon of paprika
1-2 Pounds of spaghetti (thin or regular whatever you prefer)

Cook hamburger in pan, do not brown just cook until it is done.

Take hamburger and drain most of fat. Put meat into food processor and cut until very small
pieces. Put hamburger back into pot after its been ground up. Quarter the onion and put into

food processor and cut it up to the same consistency as the meat (minced) and put the onion

into the pot.

Pour in the can of tomato sauce along with the other ingredients. You may add more water for

longer cooking times. Simmer until water boils off and you have the consistency of chili that

you like. Take out bay leaf and allspice berries when chili is half cooked. Serve with spaghetti

and mild cheddar cheese.
