Beer-soaked potatoes. What? Yes, I don’t know about such a campfire recipe. I came up with it. And it happened! Moreover, it turned out delicious. Recommend you try this easy potato recipe.

Ingredients for best chili cheese fries with beer potatoes:

Beer
Potato
Minced beef
Bean
Bell pepper
Cheese
Chili pepper
Garlic
Spices: black pepper, salt, smoked paprika

How to roast beer potato with minced beef, chili pepper, and beans:
1) Fill the potatoes with beer. For 30 minutes.
2) Fry chanterelles, onions, minced meat. Add hot red pepper, garlic. Fry in sunflower oil and butter. It always tastes better with butter. Take everything fried out of the pan.
3) Spread the seasoned beer-soaked potatoes and fry until crispy. Season with red paprika.
4) First, spread the canned beans in the center, then add our fried minced meat with chanterelles.
5) Controversial point. I know that not everyone agrees. But I filled the whole dish with beer. There turned out NOT boiled potatoes! But spicy, beer, fragrant.
6) Sprinkle with cheese and BON APPETIT!

Tip: be careful with smoked paprika. It is to the taste. I love it SPICY!
