WHAT'S FOR DINNER | CROCKTOBER EDITION | COZY FALL RECIPES

Happy fall ya’ll!!! I love October and the best way to celebrate is with a series of crockpot videos for CROCKTOBER!!! This weeks crocktober video is an all crockpot what’s for dinner. These four cozy fall recipes are delicious and budget friendly. I really hope you enjoy and make sure to SUBSCRIBE so you don’t miss the rest of my crocktober videos!!!

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Chicken –
Crockpot Chili –
Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Tacos –
Slow Cooker Red Beans over Rice

Ingredients
Dried Red Beans 1 and 1/2 Pounds (rinsed and picked through)
6 cups of water
2 White Onions Chopped
2 4oz Cans of Mushrooms
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
3 Tbs Cajun or Creole Seasoning
1 14.5oz can Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
2 Green Bell Peppers Sliced into Strips
Optional: Green onions, pickled jalapano, and hot sauce for topping

Directions
Rinse and pick through beans
Add Beans, water, onions, mushrooms, minced garlic, and cajun seasoning to the crockpot.
Set on low for 10 hours or high for 5 hours
Add diced tomatoes and bell peppers
Let cook for 30 more minutes on low.
Serve over rice and any topping of your choosing. I love plenty of hot sauce!!!
