Paneer chili authentic recipe in 3 minutes

Recipe –
To make the fried panner
Step 1
Mix 3 Tbsp Corn flour, 2 Tbsp all purpose flour, salt, ¼ cup water in a bowl and make a
fine slurry. Set aside.
Step 2
Cut the paneer into cubes and sprinkle 1 Tbsp corn flour on it. This will keep paneer crisp even
after the sauces are added to it.
Step 3
Coat the paneer cubes with the prepared slurry and deep fry in oil until golden. Drain on to an absorbent paper and set aside
Step 4.
Heat a pan, add oil, ginger, garlic, green chili and sauté for a minute.
Step 5
Add the diced onion, capsicum, tomatoes to the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 mins.
Step 6.
Add 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 Tbsp green chilli sauce, 1 Tbsp red chili sauce and sauté for a minute.
Step 7
Add sugar, water and corn starch slurry (1tbsp corn flour mixed with water).
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 8.
Add the fried paneer and mix evenly.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot!
