Janet and I love Mexican food. Lucky for me, Janet is also an excellent cook. In this video Janet shows how she makes her version of Chili Colorado.
Ingredients:
for the Chili Base –
20 dried chili pods
1 TBSP salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 can chicken broth 14.5 oz
Main Dish –
2 lbs boston butt pork cut into 1 inch cubes
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1.5 cup chili base,2 TBSP heaping flour
1/4 cup cool water
serve with warm flour tortilla’s
