HOW TO MAKE VEGETARIAN CHILI

Since it’s chili season, I decided to share my vegetarian chili recipe with you all. The weather has started to get cold outside and all I want to eat is cozy comfort food. What’s better than a vegetarian chili. Simple ingredients can taste exceptional when they start off with aromatics like onion, garlic, tomatoes and carrots.This recipe is perfect for Thanksgiving, it’s easy to make, delicious and a crowd pleaser. Ingredients:
1 cup of Kidney Beans (soaked & boiled)
1 can of Black Beans
2 medium sized Onions (chopped)
2 medium size Tomatoes (chopped)
1 cloves of Garlic
1 small piece of Ginger
3-4 Green Chillies
1 Carrot
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper
1/2 a Corn (boiled)
Lime
Oil
Water
1 tablespoon of Oregano Seasoning
1 tablespoon of Red Chili Powder
1 tablespoon of Kitchen King Masala
1.5 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1.5 tablespoon of Red Chili Flakes
Salt to taste (I used 1 tbsp)
