Odawa Indigenous EarlyhON Cooking Show – Season 1 Episode 2 Chili and Bannock Recipe

This recipe is a famous Indigenous recipe made at any type of event, such as family get together’s, powwows, ceremonies, and sometimes even in your dreams (if you love chili and bannock a lot ahah)

Welcome to the Odawa Indigenous EarlyON Cooking show, here is our second episode where we show you how to cook chili and bannock.

This recipe is great for children 4 and older, as they can easily consume bannock and chili. Remember to talk to your pediatricians before introducing any new foods to your children to make sure they are ready to eat these specific foods.

We decided to showcase this recipe as it was being cooked for 510 Rideau; Odawa Native Friendship Centre’s Homeless Partnering Strategy Program. Serving Ottawa’s Indigenous Homeless people, and dedicated to those who are currently homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless.

We are in no way responsible for anyone’s (including children) safety when it comes to cooking and eating. Please always keep a close eye on your food when it is cooking, and keep a close eye if your children are helping you cook.

Always wash your hands between each of the steps or any additional recipe add on’s.

We do not own the rights to the music in the background, and unintentionally had it in our video.
